ADA Compliance: Why Accessibility Matters

It's easy to think of ADA signage as a compliance line item — the tactile copy, the braille, the mounting heights. But accessibility is really about dignity: everyone should be able to move through a building with the same confidence.

That's why we design accessible signage as part of the interior from day one, not as a retrofit at the end. When ADA is considered early, it disappears into the architecture instead of fighting it.

Compliance to the letter of the code is the floor, not the ceiling. The goal is a space that reads clearly for everyone — and that's simply better design.
